Ready to join the WASHCLUB revolution? We collect, clean and deliver right to your doorstep – saving you hours of hassle!

You may use rubbish bags for the first time of your laundry pick up. We provide free reusable fabric bags to our monthly subscribers.
Our turnaround time is 24-48 hours depends on the location of the customers. For example, if we pick up your laundry at 2 pm on Saturday, we will drop it off at 2 pm on Sunday/Monday. You can also request same-day-return, which will be accommodated at an extra charge.
We have partnerships with expert laundry facilities across the Auckland. We have close relationships with all of our cleaning partners and work together to bring you the best service possible.
Your clothes are in safe hands and cases of missing items are extremely rare – but we understand it’s a natural point of concern.

We have strict procedures to follow if our customers are missing items. In this unlikely event, we will carry out a full investigation to find out what happened. Please email info@washclub.co.nz to report the issue, with further details and pictures of the item, if available. Please note that we’d require customers to get in notify us within48hrs from the delivery date.

At the end of the investigation, if we aren’t able to locate your items, we’ll reimburse you in accordance with our compensation policy. Please refer to the T&Cs for more details.
